摘  要:唐山不锈钢公司中间包镁质干式料工作衬在低温烘烤后经常出现包壁横裂现象,产生横裂的的中间包工作衬无法正常使用,严重影响唐山不锈钢公司的连铸生产。因此,对中间包镁质干式料工作衬横裂现象进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。通过使用观察,改进效果显著,解决了唐山不锈钢公司中间包镁质干式料工作衬横裂的问题。After baking at low temperature,magnesia-based dry mix for tundish working lining in Tangshan Stainless Steel Company often appears the phenomenon of transverse cracking,the working lining of the tundish with the transverse cracking can not be used normally,which seriously affects its continuous casting production.Therefore,the phenomenon of transverse cracking is analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.Through using observation,the improvement effect is remarkable,and the problem of transverse cracking of magnesia-based dry mix for tundish working lining is solved.
