摘　　要：民营经济持续竞争优势构建.必须加快科技创新的步伐,广东省如何推进科技进步和技术创新.促进民营经济的可持续发展,对促进地方经济转型升级,提高区域创新水平,增加就业机会,维护社会稳定具有重要的现实意义。介绍了新时代广东省经济发展与民营企业发展态势,民营企业的发展和创新.不仅面临着新的挑战,同时也带来了更多新的机遇,最关键的问题是要抓住新的机遇.充分发挥其在科技创新的独特的优势,特别是中小微企业要坚持内涵、绿色、集聚、专精特新优的发展理念,保持经济发展与科技创新的同步性。分析了民企改革创新与发展过程中面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策。In order to construct the sustainable competitive advantage of the private economy,we must speed up the pace of scientific and technological innovation.How to promote scientific and technological progress and technological innovation in Guangdong Province and promote the sustainable development of the private economy is of great practical significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of the local economy,improve the level of regional innovation,increase employment opportunities and maintain social stability.This paper introduces the economic development and the development trend of private enterprises in Guangdong Province in the new era.The development and innovation of private enterprises are not only facing new challenges,but also bringing more new opportunities.The most critical problem is to seize the new opportunities and give full play to their unique advantages in scientific and technological innovation,especially the development of small and medium-sized micro enterprises,which should adhere to the connotation,green,agglomeration,specialization,specialty,and excellence Exhibition concept,keep the synchronization of economic development and scientific and technological innovation.This paper analyzes the problems in the process of reform,innovation and development of private enterprises,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
