摘 要:随着开关电源向高频化、集成化方向发展,其电磁干扰(EMI)问题的研究越来越重要。本文设计一种具有较好电磁兼容(EMC)特性的多路输出开关电源,以其中反激开关电源子模块为研究对象,分析多路输出开关电源的传导EMI模型、主要干扰源以及干扰耦合路径,并使用Saber软件仿真验证电路寄生参数对EMI的影响,最后通过EMC设计解决多路输出开关电源传导方面的EMI问题,并通过产品实测验证了该方法的有效性。With the development of switching power supply towards high frequency and integration,the research of electromagnetic interference(EMI)is becoming more and more important.In this paper,a multi-output switching power supply with good electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)characteristics is designed,the sub-module of flyback switching power supply is taken as the research object,the conduction EMI model,main interference sources and interference coupling paths of multi-output switching power supply are analyzed,and the Saber software is used to simulate and verify the influence of parasitic parameters on EMI.Finally,the EMI problem of multi-output switching power supply conduction is solved by EMC design,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by product test.
