摘　　要：本文针对客户提出的技术指标需求,设计了一款S波段的小型徨、高增益且带有负压保护功能的微波功率放大器。通过产品的调测试,该产品输入功率为8dBm时,常温输出功率≥37.5dBm,功耗在15W以内,满足设计指标要求。Depending on the demands of our customer,a S-band miniaturized power amplifier with high gain and negative voltage protection function has been designed.The final product is proved to be qualified compared with the requirements through adjustment and test of the product.When the input power of the product is 8dBm,the output power in normal temperature is ≥37.5 dBm and the power consumption is within 15W.
