摘　　要：河北丰宁抽水蓄能电站两台变速机组为中国首次建设的大型交流励磁变速抽水蓄能机组,目前工程设计取得了阶段性成果。本文介绍了丰宁抽水蓄能电站交流励磁变速机组的建设背景和交流励磁变速机组设备的当前设计,并对交流励磁变速机组的电气系统设计以及变速水泵水轮机及其附属设备、变速发电电动机及其附属设备、交流励磁设备、控制和保护设备等的部分关键技术问题提出了认识性建议和研究方向,旨在为后续同类机组的建设提供相关参考。Two variable-speed pumped storage units of Fengning Pumped Storage Power Station in Hebei Province are the first large-scale AC excitation variable-speed pumped storage units built in China.At present,the engineering design has achieved phased results.This article introduces the construction background and the current design of the AC excitation variable speed units.The phased realization,suggestion and research direction of electrical sysmtem design of AC excitation variable speed unit and some key technical issues related to the variable-speed pump-turbine and generator-motor,AC excitation equipment,control and protection equipment are put forward,aiming to provide possible reference for the construction of the following similar projects.
