摘 要:调速器作为控制水轮机转速和功率的核心设备,其关键装置电液随动系统的可靠性直接决定了水电机组的供电质量。本文首先介绍了调速器电液随动系统的故障分类及故障判断方法,通过调速器电液随动系统故障实例分析,详细介绍了电液随动故障的处理过程,经过处理后的调速器工作性能得到相应改善,保障了机组的安全稳定运行。The hydroturbine’s frequency and power is controlled by governor,and the governor’s critical part is electro-hydraulic servo system.So the electro-hydraulic servo system’s intelligence plays important role for hydropower equality.This paper first introduces the fault classification and fault judgment method of the governor electro-hydraulic servo system.Through the analysis of the fault phenomenon of the governor electro-hydraulic servo system,the process of electro-hydraulic follow-up fault is introduced in detail.The working performance of the governor has been improved accordingly,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.
