摘 要:文章基于日前现货市场出清的计算流程,对实际电网运行极限单的条件控制断面约束进行分类,并针对性的提出了单一变量控制的条件断面、多个变量控制的"与""或"逻辑条件断面的模型化处理方法。将复杂条件控制断面纳入现货市场出清的建模、求解,降低了针对条件断面越限进行校正决策的难度和人工干预程度,增强了调度计划的趋优性,有利于改善极端场景下的节点电价分布情况。基于含条件断面的IEEE118节点系统开展算例分析,将所述模型化处理与常规的后验匹配处理的现货市场出清结果进行比对,分析了模型化处理方法对发电计划、调度成本、节点电价、计算耗时等方面的影响,由此验证了所提方法有利于增强电网运行控制与现货市场模式之间的适配性。Based on the calculation process of day-ahead spot market, the conditional section constraints are classified in this paper according to the operation limited reference of power grid. Then the approach for conditional section constraints modeling is proposed, which covers the single controlling variable decided conditional constraints, the ‘and’ and ‘or’ conditional constraints decided by various controlling variables. Then the involvement of the complicated conditional section into the spot market clearing modeling and solving procedure reduces the difficulty of generation scheduling adjustment, saves the total cost, and improves the distribution of locational marginal price under different scenarios. The case study is implemented based on the IEEE 118 standard test system with conditional section conditions, in which the market clearing results of both the general approach and modeling approach are compared. And the influences on the generation scheduling, total cost, locational marginal price, and calculation waste time are analyzed based on the different approaches. Thus the coordination of spot market mode and the complicated operation of power system can be improved.
