摘 要:在电力市场环境下,含电动汽车风光互补微电网参与市场交易面临的风险,使得传统研究无法满足其交易风险管控的需要。首先剖析了含电动汽车风光互补微电网参与市场交易面临的风险问题。其次,考虑市场风险,利用半绝对离差风险作为度量工具,建立了微电网市场交易风险评估指标。然后,建立了计及市场风险的含电动汽车风光互补微电网随机规划调度模型。提出采用内嵌Monte Carlo随机模拟技术的快速非支配排序遗传算法求解所建模型,并用信息熵模糊法获得最优解。算例验证了计及市场风险的含电动汽车微电网随机规划调度模型的有效性。In electric power market, it is difficult for traditional research to meet the requirements of the risk management for the wind and photovoltaic microgrid integrated with electric vehicles because of a risk involved by participating market transactions. Firstly, a few key problems in market transactions are analyzed in this paper. Secondly, an assessment indicator to measure the risk of participating in market transactions for the microgrid is established by using semi-absolute deviation risk as a measurement tool, and then a stochastic programming dispatching model is built base on the indicator. The model is solved by a fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with the embedded Monte Carlo stochastic simulation technique, then the fuzzy decision making method based on information entropy is adopted to select the best solution. The simulation results on a test case show that the stochastic programming dispatching model for the microgrid integrated with electric vehicles considering market risk is effective.
