摘 要:针对研究发现的交直流系统中整流侧换流母线电压恢复导致逆变器关断角减小的问题。以CIGRE HVDC标准测试系统为例,分析了整流侧换流母线电压跌落时直流控制方式,将其以分段函数表示,联立直流准稳态模型推导建立了整流侧换流母线电压跌落程度不同时的关断角表达式。基于表达式分析得出整流侧换流母线电压跌落越大,电压恢复瞬间关断角越小,严重时会发生换相失败。为此,提出了一种改善整流侧换流母线电压恢复瞬间导致关断角过小的方法。基于PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态仿真软件利用CIGRE HVDC标准测试模型仿真验证了换流母线电压变化对关断角的影响,并从趋势上检验了理论分析的正确性和改进方法的有效性。The voltage restoration of converter bus on the rectifier side will cause the extinction angle of the inverter to decrease in the AC/DC system.In order to solve this problem, taking CIGRE HVDC benchmark model as an example, the DC control mode is analyzed when the voltage drop of converter bus on the rectifier side and it is expressed as a piecewise function. The expressions of extinction angle when different voltage drops of converter bus on the rectifier side are derived with the simultaneous HVDC quasi-steady-state model.The analysis with the expressions shows thatthe more the voltage drop of converter bus on the rectifier side, the smaller the extinction angle on the voltage recovery,and the commutation failure willoccur in serious cases.For this reason, a method is proposed in this paper to improve this situation.Based on PSCAD/EMTDC electromagnetic transient simulation software, CIGRE HVDC benchmark model is used to simulate and verify the influence of the change of converter bus voltage on the extinction angle, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the improved method are verified from the trend.
