艾滋病疫苗研究进展

摘　　要：艾滋病自20世纪80年代被发现以来,给人类健康带来了极大威胁,但是迄今为止仍未有相关疫苗上市。高效抗逆转录病毒疗法使得艾滋病成为一种慢性疾病,但由于潜在病毒库的存在,患者体内HIV病毒无法完全清除。因此,研制一款有效的艾滋病疫苗来预防疾病的需求愈发迫切。本文将对HIV疫苗的主要类型、难点及新的疫苗研究方向作一综述。Since 1980s,AIDS has posed a great threat to human health.At present,no vaccines against AIDS were licensed.Highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)makes AIDS a kind of chronic disease.HIV cannot be eliminated completely from the body due to the existence of HIV reservoir.Thus,it′s urgent to develop an effective HIV vaccine to prevent infection.This review discussed the different types of HIV vaccines and difficulties and new directions in the research and development.
