摘　　要：苏格兰公共图书馆通过与代码俱乐部合作,为青少年提供编程教育服务,形成了特色鲜明的代码俱乐部模式。借鉴该模式的成功经验,提出我国公共图书馆应把编程教育作为服务创新的重要抓手,在政府的领导和多方社会力量的支持下,与公益性教育机构合作,面向青少年开展免费的编程教育活动,并通过科学的教学过程管理保障其实效性。The Scottish Public Library provides programming education services for teenagers by cooperating with code club to form a distinctive code club model.Referring to the successful experience of this model,the paper puts forward that the public libraries of our country should regard the programming education as an important field of service innovation.Under the leadership of the government and the support of various social forces,they should cooperate with public welfare educational institutions to carry out free programming education for teenagers,and ensure its effectiveness through scientific teaching process management.
