社会学习、社会网络与农药减量化——来自农户微观数据的实证

摘　　要：从社会学习和社会网络视角出发,将二者分别划分为经验学习和技术学习以及一般社会网络和特殊社会网络两个维度,在山西、甘肃、陕西、江苏和安徽五省1023份农户调查数据基础上,分别采用多元线性回归和层次回归方法对农户的农药减量化措施采纳行为进行研究,结果表明:1)经验学习和技术学习均正向影响农户农药减量化措施采纳行为,经验学习的影响程度更大。2)一般社会网络正向影响农户农药减量化措施采纳行为,特殊社会网络不发挥作用。3)一般社会网络正向调节"经验学习-农户的农药减量化措施采纳行为"关系,特殊社会网络正向调节"技术学习-农户的农药减量化措施采纳行为"关系。4)年龄和地块个数负向影响农户农药减量化措施采纳行为,农业劳动力人数正向影响农户农药减量化措施采纳行为。Based on the survey data of 1023 farmers from five provinces: Shanxi, Gansu, Shaanxi, Jiangsu and Anhui, multiple linear regression and hierarchical regression method were used respectively to study the adoption behavior of farmers′pesticide reduction measures from the perspectives of social learning and social network, which divided into two dimensions respectively including experience learning and technology learning, general social network and special social network. The results show that: ①Both experience learning and technology learning affect the adoption behavior of farmers′pesticide reduction measures positively, and the experience learning has a greater impact. ②General social network affects the adoption behavior of farmers′pesticide reduction measures positively, while special social network doesn’t work. ③General social network regulates the relationship of "experience learning-the adoption behavior of farmers′pesticide reduction measures" positively, special social network regulates the relationship of "technology learning-the adoption behavior of farmers′pesticide reduction measures" positively. ④Age and number of plots affect the adoption behavior of farmers′pesticide reduction measures negatively, while the number of agricultural labor force affects the adoption behavior of farmers′pesticide reduction measures positively.
