摘 要:利用丙烯酸锌(ZDA)对环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)的硫化作用作为一种交联网络,构建在以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)硫化的天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)交联网络中,从而制备了ENR/NR/SBR混合交联网络。用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)研究了橡胶的硫化特性,用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)研究了混合交联网络的结构,最后研究了材料的力学性能和滞后损耗行为。研究结果表明:在不加补强剂的情况下,少量ENR/ZDA的引入,对NR/SBR起到了明显的补强作用,增加了NR/SBR拉伸循环过程中的滞后损耗。The vulcanization of zinc acrylate(ZDA)on epoxidized natural rubber(ENR)was used as a crosslinking network,which was constructed in the crosslinking network of natural rubber(NR)/styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)vulcanized with dicumyl peroxide(DCP),and then ENR/NR/SBR hybrid crosslinked network was prepared.The vulcanization characteristics of rubber was studied by rubber processing analyzer(RPA),the structure of hybrid crosslinked network was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),and finally the mechanical properties and hysteretic loss behavior of the material were studied as well.The research results showed that,in the case of no addition of reinforcing agent,the introduction of a small amount of ENR/ZDA could obviously strengthen the reinforcing effect on NR/SBR and increased the hysteresis loss in the tensile cycle of NR/SBR.
