抗疫一线医护人员团队复原力、社会支持与心理健康的关系:个人复原力的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗疫一线医护人员的个人复原力、团队复原力、社会支持与心理健康的关系。方法:采用医护人员复原力量表、团队复原力问卷及一般心理健康问卷对武汉某医院重症病房参与抗疫一线治疗工作的192名医护人员进行调查。结果:医护人员心理症状阳性检出率为35.94%。社会支持、团队复原力与个人复原力呈正相关(P<0.05);个人复原力、团队复原力、社会支持与心理症状呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。路径分析显示社会支持能直接预测医护人员心理健康,并通过个人复原力间接影响心理健康;团队复原力通过个人复原力间接影响心理健康。结论:个人复原力在社会支持和团队复原力与心理健康之间起中介作用。医院管理者可通过构建良好的社会支持系统,增强团队复原力水平,从而提高抗疫一线医护人员个人复原力,促进其心理健康。Objective:To explore the relationship between individual resilience,team resilience,social support and mental health.Methods:A total of 192 medical staff in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Wuhan who participated in the first-line treatment of the epidemic were investigated by using the self-designed general sociological data questionnaire,medical and nursing staff resilience scale,team resilience scale,social support Rating scale and GHQ-12.Results:Social support and team resilience was positively correlated with individual resilience(P<0.05).Individual resilience,team resilience and social support were negatively correlated with mental health(P<0.01).Social support not only directly affected mental health,but also indirectly affected mental health through individual resilience.Team resilience indirectly affected mental health through individual resilience.Conclusion:Individual resilience mediated the relationship among social support and team resilience and mental health.Hospital managers can establishment a good social support system and enhance the resilience of the team,so as to improve individual resilience and promote their mental health.
