摘　　要：目的:考察事件影响量表修订版(IES-R)在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下隔离人群中的信效度。方法:使用IES-R、患者健康量表(PHQ-9)对545名隔离人员进行测量,在14天后使用IES-R对其中338名人员再次施测。结果:探索性因素分析提取三个因子,累计解释方差变异为63.25%,各条目因子载荷为0.42~0.83,条目的具体归属与之前的研究结果有所不同。验证性因素分析支持一阶三因素模型假设,χ^2/df=4.47,RMSEA=0.08,CFI=0.91,聚敛效度、区分效度、效标效度理想。各条目与总分相关系数为0.63~0.83,总分α系数为0.96,两周后重测信度为0.78,分半信度为0.94(P<0.001)。结论:IES-R在新冠肺炎疫情下隔离人群中的使用具有良好的信效度,可用于心理应激相关的筛查。Objective:To investigate the reliability and validity of the Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R)in the isolated population under the epidemic situation of COVID-19.Methods:Totally 545 isolated persons were tested with IESR and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 items(PHQ-9).PHQ-9 was used as the criterion,and IES-R was used to test 338 of them 14 days later.Results:Exploratory factor analysis extracted three factors,the cumulative variance was 63.25%,and the factor load of each item was 0.42-0.83.The specific attribution of the item was different from the previous research results.Confirmatory factor analysis supported the hypothesis of first-order three-factor model,χ^2/df=4.47,RMSEA=0.08,CFI=0.91,and the convergent validity,discriminant validity and criterion validity were good.The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score is 0.63~0.83,internal consistencyαcoefficient is 0.96,test-retest reliability is 0.78,split-half reliability is 0.94(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of IES-R in the isolated population under the epidemic situation of COVID-19 has good reliability and validity and can be used for psychological stress-related screening.
