摘　　要：目的探讨头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠联合肺力咳治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2019年8月—2020年1月期间收治的100例支气管肺炎患儿的临床资料,依据治疗方案的差异将其分为对照组(常规治疗+头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠,n=48)与观察组(常规治疗+头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠+肺力咳,n=52),对比2组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%,比对照组的81.25%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组气喘消失时间、肺部体征消失时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠联合肺力咳治疗小儿支气管肺炎具有显著效果,能够明显改善临床症状,且不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the effects of cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with Feilike in treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods The clinical data of 100 children with bronchial pneumonia who admitted in the hospital from August 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group(routine treatment+cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium,n=48)and observation group(routine treatment+cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium+Feilike,n=52)according to different treatment regimens.The clinical efficacy,relief time of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.15%)was higher than that of control group(81.25%)(P<0.05);The disappearance time of asthma and pulmonary signs in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with Feilike in treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children has significant effects,it can improve clinical symptoms and have less adverse reactions.
