喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋冬季腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋冬季腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的秋冬季腹泻患儿186例,以随机数字表法分成观察组(n=93)和对照组(n=93),对照组采取常规利巴韦林注射液治疗,观察组则在利巴韦林基础上联合喜炎平注射液治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组总有效率分别为97.85%,79.57%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均止泻时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为2.15%,3.23%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平可以提高小儿秋冬季腹泻的治疗效果,并且用药十分安全,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in autumn and winter.Methods 186 cases of diarrhea in autumn and winter in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=93)and control group(n=93)with the method of word acquisition and number machine.The control group was treated with routine ribavirin injection for 5 days,while the observation group was treated with ribavirin combined with Xiyanping injection for 5 days to compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.85%and 79.57%respectively,the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time of relieving diarrhea in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of skin rash,pruritus,fever and other adverse reactions were 2.15%and 3.23%in the observation group and the control group respectively.Conclusion Xiyanping can improve the therapeutic effect of routine treatment on children's autumn diarrhea,and the drug is very safe.It is an excellent drug for children's autumn diarrhea.
