依那普利联合非洛地平在老年高血压合并冠心病中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨依那普利联合非洛地平治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法将118例老年高血压合并冠心病患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用依那普利联合非洛地平治疗,对照组采用非洛地平联合美托洛尔治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、血压控制情况以及冠心病相关症状和并发症发生率。结果2组治疗1个疗程后的总有效率分别为91.53%和74.58%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);2组冠心病相关症状以及并发症发生率分别为27.12%和47.46%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合非洛地平治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的降压效果佳,临床效果好,且降低了冠心病相关症状以及并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of enalapril combined with felodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods 118 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with enalapril combined with felodipine.The control group was treated with felodipine alone and metoprolol.The clinical efficacy and blood pressure control and the incidence of coronary heart disease-related symptoms and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate after treatment for 1 course was 91.53%and 74.58%,respectively,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of coronary heart disease-related symptoms and complications were 30.51%and 50.85%,respectively,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of enalapril and felodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease has good antihypertensive effect,good clinical effect,and reduced the incidence of coronary heart disease and the incidence of complications.
