复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合四磨汤治疗老年糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合四磨汤口服液治疗老年糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将84例老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为对照组42例和观察组42例。两组患者均规范应用降糖药物调控血糖治疗,对照组患者应用四磨汤口服液治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上加用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗,两组患者疗程均为4周。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,对两组患者比较治疗前、后上消化道症状评估量表(PAGI-SYM)、餐后4 h胃排空率等指标变化情况;观察两组患者药物不良反应情况进行安全性评估。结果:4周疗程后,对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为76.2%、92.9%,观察组显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4周疗程后,两组患者的PAGI-SYM量表指数均较治疗前降低、餐后4 h胃排空率均较治疗前增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组较对照组PAGI-SYM量表指数降低更明显、餐后4 h胃排空率增高更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组患者均未见不良反应发生。结论:应用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合四磨汤口服液治疗老年糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效显著,未见明显的不良反应,安全性好,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of compound azinmide enteric-coated tablets combined with Simotang oral liquid in the treatment of senile diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:84 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The patients in the control group were given Simotang oral liquid and the patients in the observation group were treated with compound azinmide enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The treatment of both groups lasted 4 weeks.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups were observed,the changes of PAGI-SYM and gastric emptying rate at 4h after treatment were compared,and the adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed for safety evaluation.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 76.2%and 92.9%respectively,which were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the PAGI-SYM index of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the gastric emptying rate at 4 hours after meal was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PAGI-SYM index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the gastric emptying rate at 4 hours after meal was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of compound azinmide enteric-coated tablets and Simotang oral liquid has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly diabetic gastroparesis,without obvious adverse reactions and with good safety and high clinical application value.
