加味涤痰汤治疗气虚痰阻型吉兰-巴雷综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味涤痰汤治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取气虚痰阻型吉兰-巴雷综合征患者16例,随机分为西医治疗组及中西医结合治疗组。西医治疗组给予常规治疗;中西医结合治疗组在常规治疗的同时,予加味涤痰汤治疗。定期复查肌力、NIHSS评分及肌电图。结果:中西医结合治疗组较西医治疗组肌力恢复明显,NIHSS评分下降显著,肌电图也有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:加味涤痰汤治疗气虚痰阻型吉兰-巴雷综合征有明显优势。Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Ditan decoction on Guillain-Baree syndrome of Qixu Tanzu syndrome.Methods:16 patients with Guillain-Baree syndrome of Qixu Tanzu syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:control group of western medicine treatment and observation group of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The observation group were given Jiawei Ditan decoction besides conventional treatment.And regularly check muscle force,NIHSS score and electromyography of every patient.Results:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group had better muscle force,NIHSS score and electromyography than western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Ditan decoction has obvious superiority in treating Guillain-Baree syndrome of Qixu Tanzu syndrome.
