摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是骨科的常见疾病。随着社会的进步,现代人生活作息不规律,使得腰椎间盘突出症发病率不断上升,该病在治疗后复发的情况逐渐增多,发病年龄越来越年轻化,严重影响日常生活[1]。近年腰椎间盘突出症的治疗一直是骨科热门的话题之一,且腰椎间盘突出症的防治日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。目前该病的治疗主要分为手术治疗与保守治疗,中医治疗作为保守治疗临床效果日益突出,两者都有良好效果,但缺乏系统性及最新的研究成果,本文就近年来主要研究进展作一简要综述,旨在为今后腰椎间盘突出症的治疗提供新的临床思路。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH) is a common disease in orthopedics. With the progress of society,the irregularity of life in modern people makes the incidence of lumbar disc herniation increase,and the disease recurs after treatment. It is also gradually in-creasing,and the age of onset is getting younger and younger,which seriously affects people’s daily life. Therefore,the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in recent years has been one of the hot topics in orthopedics,and the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation has been widely concerned by the community. At present,the treatment of this disease is mainly divided into surgical treat-ment and conservative treatment. Among them,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has become more and more effective as a conservative treatment. Both clinical treatments have good effects,but lack systematic and latest research results. A brief review of the main re-search progress of treatment aims to provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the future.
