摘　　要：目的探究桌面推演在军校任职教育学员战术战伤救治(tactical combat casualty care,TCCC)能力培训中的应用及效果。方法选取2019-09月在某军医大学参加军事护理培训班的147名任职教育学员为研究对象,在接受TCCC理论和实践授课后,参与TCCC桌面推演。结束后使用学习满意度和自信心量表、模拟教学实践量表、模拟设计量表结合开放性问题评价教学效果。结果 3个量表得分均在4.5分以上,显示桌面推演取得良好效果,教学实践和模拟设计与学员学习满意度和自信心密切相关。结论桌面推演在军校任职教育学员TCCC能力培训效果较好,下一步课题组将进一步优化桌面推演教学形式,为优化一线救治训练模式提供参考。Objective To explore the application and effectiveness evaluation of the desktop simulation in tactical combat casualty care(TCCC)ability of vocational education in military school.Methods A total of 147 professional students who attended a military nursing training course in a military medical university in September 2019 were selected as research objects.After receiving TCCC theory and practice teaching,they participated in TCCC desktop simulation.At the end,the learning satisfaction and self-confidence scale,simulated teaching practice scale,and simulated design scale were combined with open questions to evaluate the teaching effect.Results Mean scores of three scales were more than4.5 points,indicating good effect of desktop simulation.Teaching practice and instruction design were closely related to students’ satisfaction and self-confidence.Conclusion The desktop simulation has a good effect on the training of TCCC ability of vocational education in military school.The next step will be to further optimize the teaching form of the desktop simulation to provide a reference for optimizing the first-line treatment training model.
