摘  要:采用室温浸渍抽滤工艺、室温浸渍旋蒸工艺和加热浸渍旋蒸工艺三种工艺制备Mo/HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,用硫氰酸盐分光光度法对Mo担载量进行测定,考察不同Mo担载量对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,采用室温浸渍旋蒸工艺,钼酸铵为1.0 g、去离子水为50.0 g、浸渍时间为24 h、浸渍温度为室温、焙烧温度为500℃的条件下,制备的催化剂其Mo担载量较高;在单塔流化床评价反应装置进行甲烷无氧芳构化反应,甲烷的转化率达18%~21%,总芳烃选择性达83%。Mo/HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts were prepared by room temperature impregnation filtration,room temperature impregnation rotary evaporation and heating impregnation rotary evaporation.The Mo loading was determined by thiocyanate spectrophotometry,to investigate the effect of different Mo loading on the performance of the catalyst.The results showed that the Mo loading of the prepared catalyst was relatively high under the conditions of room temperature impregnation rotary evaporation,1.0 g ammonium molybdate,50.0 g deionized water,24 h impregnation time,room temperature impregnation,and 500℃calcination.Methane nonoxidative aromatization was carried out in a single-tower fluidized bed reactor.The conversion of methane was 18%-21%,and the selectivity of total aromatics was 83%.
