焙烧温度对CuCoFe@TiO2催化剂上CO2加氢制低碳醇催化性能的影响

摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CuCoFe@TiO2催化剂,并在固定床反应器上考察了不同焙烧温度下制备的催化剂用于CO2加氢制低碳醇反应的性能差异。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸脱附(BET)、SEM等表征,发现在压力4 MPa、反应温度300℃、空速2000 h^-1时,焙烧温度为300℃的催化剂的CO2转化率为7.11%,总醇选择性可达24.12%,乙醇选择性为15.70%,其中C2+醇选择性为21.48%,在总醇中的分布可达89.08%。CuCoFe@TiO2 catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method.The performance differences of the catalysts prepared at different calcination temperatures for CO2 hydrogenation to lower alcohols were investigated on a fixed bed reactor.X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 physical adsorption and desorption and SEM were applied to characterize the catalysts.It showed that the CO2 conversion was 7.11%,the selectivity of total alcohol and ethanol reached 24.12%and 15.70%,the alcohol distribution of C2+alcohol in the total alcohol reached 89.09%at 300℃,4 MPa,GHSV=2000 h-1.
