摘　　要：当前,随着我国新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作向好态势的进一步巩固,如何在做好疫情常态化防控工作的前提下,顺利开展好非定点医院病房护理管理工作变得十分重要。通过分析复工复产时期病房护理工作面临的挑战,总结护理管理具体做法,对强化复工复产时期普通病房护理管理工作进行探索。With further consolidation of prevention and control of COVID-19 in China,on the premise of prevention an control of COVID-19,it is important to better develop ward nursing management in non-designated hospital for COVID-19.The paper analyzes the challenges of ward nursing management in work resumption period,summarizes the specific measures,and explores nursing management of general ward in work resumption period.
