摘　　要：确定合理的DRG相对权重是制定DRG支付标准和绩效评价指标的关键,其准确性很大程度影响DRG系统的有效性和公平性。比较了欧美和我国DRG相对权重的计算方法,并对现况下我国DRG相对权重计算时应考虑的因素进行探讨,以期找到更适合我国国情、更加优化的权重设置方法,使得DRG在我国的应用更加科学有效。DRG relative weight is very important in establishing DRG payment standard and performance evaluation.The accuracy of RW greatly affects the effectiveness and fairness of DRG.The paper compares the RW calcula tions in western countries and China and studies the factors of RW of DRG to provide references for designing the suitable and optimized Relative Weight method for China,and making DRG application more scientific in China.
