摘 要:智慧门诊的建筑安装设计要以向患者提供人性化服务为出发点,新建医院的设计不能拘泥于现有科学技术产品、服务理念和模式,要用前瞻性设计为智慧门诊建设留出发展空间。兼顾现有需求和未来发展,对门诊大厅及周边区域的功能进行重新定位。结合北京天坛医院新院建设实践,分析分级诊疗、预约挂号、患者在基层医院作检查给大医院门诊量带来的变化。智慧建筑不只是建筑空间需要前瞻性设计,更重要的是与门诊功能的协调联动,用智能化完善人性化,用高水平的建筑安装设计提高智慧门诊服务水平。The architectural installation design of intelligent outpatient service should take humanized service to patients as the starting point,and the design of new hospital should not stick to the existing science and technology products and technological products,service concepts and models,and should use forward-looking design to leave room for the development of intelligent outpatient service construction.Through taking the existing needs and future development into account,the function of the outpatient hall and the surrounding area is under re-position.Through combining with the construction practice of the new branch of Beijing Tiantan Hospital,the paper analyzes the changes brought by hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,appointment registration and patient examination in the primary hospital to the outpatient quantity of the hospital.In intelligent building,the building space not only needs forward-looking design,but also coordination and linkage with the outpatient function is needed,with intelligent perfect humanization and high level of building installation design to improve the intelligent outpatient service level.
