摘　　要：笔者以浙江省嘉兴市秀洲区为例,围绕农业供给侧结构性改革,积极推进绿色畜牧业发展,着力解决奶业发展中的薄弱环节和突出问题,节本增效,提升从业者素质,分享全面推动地方奶业高质量发展的一些措施,以期为我国中小城市型乳业的发展提供参考。Taking Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing as an example,this paper focuses on the structural reform of agricultural supply side,actively promotes the development of green animal husbandry,focuses on solving the weak links and prominent problems in the development of dairy industry,saves costs and increases efficiency,and improves the quality of practitioners,and expounds some measures for local dairy industry to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of dairy industry,so as to provide reference for the development of small and medium-sized cities in China.
