摘  要:对不同培育时期柞蚕蛹虫草的主要成分及生物活性进行比较分析,结果表明,在柞蚕蛹虫草的培育过程中,总氨基酸和总脂肪含量呈现减少的趋势,其中脂肪质量分数由22.5%降为1.7%,降幅达到92.4%;蛋白质质量分数则呈增加趋势,培养到第60天时蛋白质质量分数最高为72.54%;腺苷含量呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在第50天时达到最高;虫草酸、虫草多糖、虫草素和喷司他丁含量则呈增加趋势,第60天时达到最高;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力到第40天时达到394 U/g,而后呈下降趋势;对DPPH自由基的清除能力亦在第40天时达到最高,清除率为95.83%;对羟基自由基的清除能力则在第50天时最高,清除率为89.63%。说明不同培育时期柞蚕蛹虫草的主要成分的合成和积累存在明显差异,对其生物活性可产生明显影响。Main components of tussah pupa aweto in different cultivation periods and their bioactivity were compared and analyzed.As the results showed,during the period of cultivation,content of total amino acid declined,and content of total fat decreased by 92.4%,which was from 22.5%to 1.7%.Whereas,protein content increased to the highest level of 72.54%on the 60th day of cultivation.Contents of adenosine tended to increase at first and then decreased,reaching to the highest level on the 50th day.Content of cordycepic acid,polysaccharide,cordycepin and pentostatin increased,and reached to the highest level on the 60th day.Activity of SOD increased to the highest level of 394 U/g on the 40th day,and then decreased.Scavenging ability to DPPH also reached to the highest level on the 40th day with clearance rate of95.83%,while scavenging ability to ·OH reached to the highest level on the 50th day with clearance rate of 89.63%. It can be concluded that composition and accumulation of main components in tussah pupa aweto were significantly different in different cultivation periods,and significantly af- fected their biological activity.
