对某医院人血白蛋白使用者适应证的评价

摘　　要：目的:对某医院人血白蛋白临床使用的适应证进行评价,以促进该药的合理应用。方法:结合最新的文献、指南,对2018年某医院开具的240张人血白蛋白处方(共涉及240例患者)进行点评,观察这240例患者用药前血清白蛋白的水平、使用人血白蛋白的原因及其无适应证使用人血白蛋白的情况,并对该药的适应证进行分析和讨论。结果:用药前,在这240例患者中,血清白蛋白的水平为20~30 g/L的患者占多数。其中,因血清白蛋白的水平≥20 g/L但低于正常值、发生水肿、腹水而使用人血白蛋白的患者较多。在这240例患者中,无适应证使用人血白蛋白的患者有97例,占40.42%。结论:某医院存在无适应证使用人血白蛋白的问题。Objective:To evaluate the indications of clinical use of human albumin in a hospital,so as to promote the rational application of the drug.Methods:combined with the latest literature,guidelines,drawn to a hospital in 2018 prescriptions of 240 human blood albumin(240 patients)for review,and observe the 240 cases of patients with medication before the levels of serum albumin,the cause of human albumin and no indications of human albumin,and indications of the drug were analyzed and discussed.Results:Among the 240 patients,serum albumin level of 20~30 g/L was the most.Among them,more patients used human albumin because serum albumin level≥20 g/L but lower than normal,edema and ascites occurred.Of the 240 patients,97(40.42%)had no indication to use human albumin.Conclusion:There is a problem of using human albumin without indication in a hospital.
