切开复位T型钢板内固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察用切开复位T型钢板内固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法:选取和平县人民医院2018年1月至2019年1月接诊的桡骨远端骨折患者60例,根据入院编号的单双数将其分为参考组和试验组。为参考组患者采用闭合手法复位塑形小夹板外固定术进行治疗,为试验组患者采用切开复位T型钢板内固定术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者腕关节功能的恢复效果、术后并发症的发生率及术前、术后半年其握持力、桡倾角的变化情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者腕关节功能分级的优良率高于参考组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于参考组患者,P<0.05。在术前,两组患者的握持力、桡倾角相比,P>0.05。在术后半年,试验组患者的握持力、桡倾角均大于参考组患者,P<0.05。结论:用切开复位T型钢板内固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的握持力、桡倾角,促进其腕关节功能的恢复,降低其术后并发症的发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of open reduction and T-plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:a total of 60 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to Heping County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the odd and even number of admission Numbers.For the reference group,closed reduction and external fixation with plastic small splint were adopted,while for the experimental group,open reduction and internal fixation with T-shaped plate were adopted.Then,the recovery effect of wrist joint function,incidence of postoperative complications,and the changes of holding force and inclination Angle before and half a year after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the excellent and good rate of wrist function grading in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before the operation,P>0.05 was compared between the two groups in terms of holding force and inclination.Half a year after the operation,the holding power and inclination Angle of the experimental group were greater than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open reduction and T-plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the patients’holding power and inclination Angle,promote the recovery of wrist joint function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
