摘　　要：目的:探讨用关节镜手术治疗半月板损伤的临床效果及安全性。方法:将北京市石景山医院关节科收治的160例半月板损伤患者随机分为观察组(n=80)与对照组(n=80)。分别用关节镜手术与开放性手术对观察组患者与对照组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的优良率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、膝关节的活动度、Lysholm膝关节评分量表(Lysholm)的评分及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的优良率更高,其术后并发症的发生率更低,术后3 d其VAS评分更低,术后6个月其Lysholm评分更高,其膝关节的活动度更大,P<0.05。结论:对半月板损伤患者进行关节镜手术能显著缓解其病情,改善其膝关节的功能,且其术后的并发症较少,手术的安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of arthroscopic surgery for meniscus injury.Methods:160 patients with meniscus injury admitted to the Joint Department of Beijing Shijingshan Hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).Patients in the observation group and the control group were treated with arthroscopic surgery and open surgery respectively,and then the excellent and good rates of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,knee range of motion,Lysholm knee score scale(Lysholm)scores and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had a higher rate of excellent and good treatment,a lower incidence of postoperative complications,a lower VAS score 3 days after surgery,a higher Lysholm score 6 months after surgery,and a greater range of motion of the knee joint(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic surgery on patients with meniscus injury can significantly alleviate their condition and improve the function of their knee joints,and the postoperative complications are less,the safety of surgery is higher.
