骨坏死区内靶点注射中成药联合中药理疗治疗股骨头坏死的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究用骨坏死区内靶点注射中成药法联合中药理疗治疗股骨头坏死(femur head necrosis,FHN)的临床效果。方法:将近年来河北省衡水股骨头医院收治的88例FHN患者随机分为试验组(n=44)与比较组(n=44)。用常规疗法对比较组患者进行治疗,用骨坏死区内靶点注射中成药法联合中药理疗对试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的效果及其临床症状评分。结果:试验组患者治疗的有效率高于比较组患者,治疗后其髋关节痛、间歇性跛行、膝关节叩击痛和下肢酸痛的评分均低于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:用骨坏死区内靶点注射中成药法联合中药理疗对FHN患者进行治疗能显著减轻其临床症状,缓解其病情。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of targeting injection of Chinese traditional medicine combined with physiotherapy on FEMur head necrosis(FHN)in osteonecrosis area.Methods:In recent years,88 FHN patients admitted to Hengshui Femoral Head Hospital in Hebei province were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=44)and the comparison group(n=44).The patients in the comparison group were treated with conventional therapy,and the patients in the test group were treated with target injection of Chinese patent medicine in the area of osteonecrosis combined with traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy.Then the therapeutic effect and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the scores of hip pain,intermittent claudication,knee percussion pain and lower limb pain after treatment were all lower than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of FHN patients with osteonecrosis combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy can significantly reduce their clinical symptoms and alleviate their condition.
