单侧锁定钢板内固定术治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用单侧锁定钢板内固定术对复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月至2018年12月期间在广西河池市第一人民医院进行治疗的50例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为A组(25例)和B组(25例)。使用三切口普通钢板内固定术对A组患者进行治疗。使用单侧锁定钢板内固定术对B组患者进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标和膝关节功能恢复的优良情况。结果:B组患者术中的出血量少于A组患者,P<0.05。B组患者进行手术的时间、住院的时间及骨折端愈合的时间均短于A组患者,P<0.05。B组患者膝关节功能恢复的优良率高于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用单侧锁定钢板内固定术对复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者进行治疗的效果较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods:A total of 50 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated in The First People's Hospital of Hechi city,Guangxi from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into group A(25 cases)and Group B(25 cases).The patients in group A were treated with three incisions common plate internal fixation.Patients in group B were treated with unilateral locking plate fixation.Then,the clinical indicators and knee function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:Intraoperative blood loss in group B was less than that in group A(P<0.05).The time of operation,hospital stay and fracture healing in group B were shorter than those in group A(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint functional recovery in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unilateral locking plate internal fixation is effective in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.
