经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年4月期间新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的81例LDH患者为研究对象。将其随机分为试验组(41例)和对照组(40例)。对对照组患者进行保守治疗,对试验组患者采用经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者治疗效果的优良率。结果:与对照组患者相比,试验组患者治疗效果的优良率较高,P<0.05。结论:采用经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术对LDH患者进行治疗可显著提高其治疗效果的优良率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous intervertebral foramen oscopy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:81 LDH patients admitted to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(41 cases)and control group(40 cases).Patients in the control group were treated conservatively,while patients in the experimental group were treated with percutaneous intervertebral foramina technique.At the end of treatment,the excellent and good rate of treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of treatment effect was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of LDH patients with percutaneous intervertebral foramina can significantly improve the rate of good and good therap eutic effect.
