甲状腺次全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究用甲状腺次全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿的临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月至2019年5月期间在万宁市人民医院进行甲状腺手术的40例双侧结节性甲状腺肿患者为研究对象。将其随机均分为全切组和次切组。为全切组20例患者采用甲状腺全切除术进行治疗,为次切组20例患者采用甲状腺次全切除术进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:与全切组患者相比,次切组患者术中的出血量及术后镇痛剂的使用量均较少,术后其并发症的总发生率较低,P<0.05。两组患者手术持续的时间及治疗的总有效率相比,P>0.05。结论:用甲状腺次全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿的疗效确切,创伤性较小,术后患者镇痛剂的使用量较少,并发症的发生率较低。Objective:To study the clinical effect of subtotal thyroidectomy in the treatment of bilateral nodular goiter.Methods:40 patients with bilateral nodular goiter who underwent thyroid surgery in Wanning People’s Hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into total cut group and sub-cut group.Twenty patients in the total resection group were treated with total thyroidectomy,and 20 patients in the subresection group were treated with subtotal thyroidectomy.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the total resection group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the amount of postoperative analgesics were less in the secondary resection group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower(P<0.05).Compared with P>0.05,the duration of operation and the total effective rate of treatment in the two groups were.Conclusion:Subtotal thyroidectomy is effective in the treatment of bilateral nodular goiter,with less trauma,less analgesic use and lower incidence of complic ations.
