采用电子喉镜与支撑喉镜对患者进行声带良性肿物摘除术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较采用电子喉镜与支撑喉镜对患者实施声带良性肿物摘除术的效果。方法:将2016年1月至2019年7月期间在苏州市吴中人民医院收治的90例声带良性肿物患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为电子喉镜组和支撑喉镜组。采用电子喉镜对电子喉镜组患者实施声带良性肿物摘除术。采用支撑喉镜对支撑喉镜组患者实施声带良性肿物摘除术。然后,比较两组患者的疗效及并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,电子喉镜组患者与支撑喉镜组患者治疗的总有效率相比,P>0.05;电子喉镜组患者并发症的发生率低于支撑喉镜组患者,P<0.05。结论:采用电子喉镜与支撑喉镜对患者实施声带良性肿物摘除术的效果均很好。与用支撑喉镜相比,用电子喉镜对患者实施声带良性肿物摘除术后其并发症的发生率更低。Objective:To compare the effect of electronic laryngoscope and strut laryngoscope in the excision of benign masses of vocal cords in patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with benign masses of vocal cords admitted to Wuzhong People's Hospital of Suzhou city from January 2016 to July 2019 were studied.These patients were randomly divided into the electronic laryngoscope group and the strut laryngoscope group.The patients in the electronic laryngoscope group were excised with benign masses of vocal cords.The patients in the strut laryngoscope group were excised with benign masses of vocal cords.Then,the efficacy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the electronic laryngoscope group was P>0.05 compared with those in the strut laryngoscope group.The incidence of complications in the electronic laryngoscope group was lower than that in the strut laryngoscope group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both electronic laryngoscope and strut laryngoscope are effective in the excision of benign masses of vocal cords.The incidence of complications after the excision of benign masses of vocal cords with an electronic lar yngoscope was lower than that with a strut laryngoscope.
