泼尼松联合小剂量的阿司匹林治疗反复自然流产的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的:分析用泼尼松联合小剂量的阿司匹林治疗反复自然流产(RSA)的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月期间佛山市南海区妇幼保健院收治的84例RSA患者为研究对象。根据奇偶数分组法将其分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行常规的保胎治疗,对观察组患者采用泼尼松联合小剂量的阿司匹林进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应的发生情况及接受治疗前后激素水平的变化情况。结果:接受治疗前,两组患者血清β-HCG、E2及P的水平相比,P>0.05。接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者血清β-HCG、E2及P的水平、治疗的成功率均较高,P<0.05。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的总发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用泼尼松联合小剂量的阿司匹林对RSA患者进行治疗可显著提高其治疗的成功率,改善其激素的水平,并可保障其治疗的安全性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of prednisone combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:84 patients with RSA admitted to Nanhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Foshan city from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to odd even number grouping method.Patients in the control group were routinely treated with fetal protection,while patients in the observation group were treated with prednisone combined with low-dose aspirin.After the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment and the changes in hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment,the serum levels of-hcg,E2 and P in the two groups were compared,and P>was 0.05.After treatment,compared with the control group,the serum-HCG,E2 and P levels and the success rate of treatment were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).During treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion:Treatment with prednisone combined with low-dose aspirin can significantly improve the success rate of RSA therapy,improve hormone levels,and ensure the safety of RSA therapy.
