摘　　要：复杂性尿路感染是指尿路感染同时伴有获得感染或存在治疗失败风险的合并疾病。付滨从医30余年,对治疗复杂性尿路感染有着独到的见解。他认为,复杂性尿路感染属于中医理论中“劳淋”的范畴,主张运用“和法”治疗该病,并独创治疗该病的“和淋方”。本文主要总结付滨教授运用和法治疗复杂性尿路感染的经验,并附临床验案一则,与同道共飨。Complex urinary tract infection(CTI)refers to urinary tract infection accompanied by infection or risk of treatment failure.Fu Bin has been a doctor for more than 30 years and has unique views on the treatment of complex urinary tract infections.In his opinion,complex urinary tract infection belongs to the category of“Lao Lin”in the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine,and advocates the application of“He Lin Fang”in the treatment of this disease.In this paper,we summarize professor Fu Bin’s experience in the treatment of complicated urinary tra ct infection,and provide a clinical case to share with his col leagues.
