傣药跌打损伤方外包法联合温热按摩法在骨伤中后期肢体肿胀治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用傣药跌打损伤方外包法和温热按摩法对骨伤中后期肢体肿胀患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年3月至2019年3月在云南省西双版纳州傣医医院进行治疗的76例骨伤中后期肢体肿胀患者随机分为A组(38例)和B组(38例)。对A组患者进行常规的西医治疗。使用傣药跌打损伤方外包法和温热按摩法对B组患者进行傣医治疗。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标、肢体疼痛症状的评分及治疗的效果。结果:B组患者治疗的总有效率高于A组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,B组患者肢体疼痛症状的评分低于A组患者,P<0.05;B组患者肢体肿胀症状消失和住院的时间均短于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用傣药跌打损伤方外包法和温热按摩法对骨伤中后期肢体肿胀患者进行傣医治疗,可促使其较快地康复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using dai medicine to treat limb swelling in the middle and late stage of bone injury with external package method and warm massage method.Methods:76 patients with limb swelling in middle and late stage of bone injury who were treated in Xishuangbanna Dai Medical Hospital of Yunnan Province from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into group A(38 cases)and Group B(38 cases).The patients in group A were given routine western medicine treatment.The patients in Group B were treated with Dai medicine by using dai medicine outer package and warm massage.Then,the clinical indicators,the score of limb pain symptoms and the effect of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of limb pain symptoms in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The disappearance of limb swelling symptoms and the length of hospital stay in group B were shorter than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Dai medicine to treat the patients with limb swelling in the middle and late stage of bone injury by using the outer package method and warm massage method can accelerate their recovery.
