射干麻黄汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究射干麻黄汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取都江堰市中医医院接诊的78例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为联合组和参考组,每组39例。为参考组患儿采用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,在此基础上为联合组患儿加用射干麻黄汤。然后比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:联合组患儿治疗的总有效率高于参考组患儿,治疗后其各项中医证候积分均低于参考组患儿,P<0.05。结论:射干麻黄汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效显著,可有效地改善患儿的临床症状。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Shigan Ephedra decoction combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods:78 children with cough variant asthma admitted by Dujiangyan Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combined group and the reference group,with 39 cases in each group.The children in the reference group were treated with montelukast sodium.On this basis,the children in the combined group were treated with Shigan ephedra soup.Then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group,and the scores of all TCM syndromes after treatment were lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shigan ephedra decoction combined with Montelukast sodium has a significant clinical effect on children with cough variant asthma,and can effective ly improve the clinical symptoms of children.
