Objective:To study the effect of targeted nursing for patients with esophageal cancer receiving surgical treatment.Methods:90 patients with esophageal cancer who received surgical treatment in Qinzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into Reference group(45 cases)and Experimental group(45 cases).Routine nursing was carried out for the Reference group, and targeted nursing was carried out for the Experimental group on this basis. The red blood cell count, hemoglobin, total plasma prote in,fasting glucose levels, and the incidence of postoperative complications were then compared between the two groups. Results:After surgery, the red blood cell count, hemoglobin and total plasma protein levels of Experimental group were higher than those of Reference group, and the fasting glucose level and the incidence of complications were lower than those of Reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing for esophageal cancer patients receiving surgical treatment has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and fasting blood glucose level, and improve their nutritional status.
