在ICU重症心血管疾病患者护理中强化血糖控制的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探究对重症监护室(ICU)的重症心血管疾病患者进行护理时加强对其实施血糖控制的临床意义。方法:将2017年6月至2019年7月成都医学院第一附属医院ICU收治的74例重症心血管疾病患者随机分为试验组(n=37)与比较组(n=37)。对两组患者均进行对症治疗与常规护理,在此基础上加强对试验组患者进行血糖控制,然后比较两组患者血糖水平异常的发生率、急性生理与慢性健康评分表(APACHE-Ⅱ)的评分及其序贯器官衰竭估计(SOFA)评分。结果:护理后,试验组患者血糖水平异常的发生率低于比较组患者,P<0.05。治护后,试验组患者的APACHE评分和SOFA评分均低于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:对ICU的重症心血管疾病患者进行护理时加强对其实施血糖控制能显著降低其血糖水平异常的发生率,改善其健康状况。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of strengthening blood glucose control in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with severe cardiovascular disease.Methods:A total of 74 patients with severe cardiovascular disease admitted to ICU of the first Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from June 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=37)and the comparison group(n=37).On two groups of patients were symptomatic treatment with conventional nursing care,on the basis of strengthening blood sugar control of patients of test group,and then compare the incidence rate of abnormal blood glucose level,two groups of patients with acute physiology and chronic health assessment(APACHE-Ⅱ)score and the estimation of the corresponding sequential organ failure(SOFA)score.Results:After nursing,the incidence of abnormal blood glucose level in the experimental group was lower than that in the comparison group,P<0.05.After treatment and care,APACHE score and SOFA score of patients in the test group were lower than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening blood glucose control in ICU patients with severe cardiovascular diseases can significantly reduce the incidence of abnormal blood glucose levels and improve their health status.
