摘 要:目的:探讨讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持护理模式在对老年冠心病患者进行护理中的应用价值。方法:对东莞市水乡中心医院收治的78例老年冠心病患者进行分组研究。根据护理方式的不同将其分为Reference组和Research组。对Reference组患者和Research组患者分别进行普通护理和讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持护理。然后对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:接受护理后,Research组患者日常生活自我管理的评分、治疗相关自我管理的评分、情绪认知自我管理的评分、自我管理能力的总评分均高于Reference组患者,其SAS评分、SDS评分均低于Reference组患者,P<0.05。结论:对老年冠心病患者进行讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持护理可显著提高其自我管理能力,缓解其负面情绪。Objective:To explore the application value of explanation-simulation-exercise-communication-support nursing model in nursing elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:78 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Shuixiang Central Hospital in Dongguan city were divided into groups.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into Reference group and Research group.Patients in the Reference group and the Research group were given general nursing and explaining-simulation-exercise-communication-support nursing respectively.Then compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results:After receiving nursing care,the scores of daily life self-management,treatment-related self-management,emotional cognition self-management,and total scores of self-management ability of the Research group were all higher than those of the Reference group,and their SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the Reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Explanation-simulation-practice-communication-support nursing can significantly improve the elderly patients with coronary heart disease self-management ability,alleviate their negative emotions.
