对接受内镜黏膜下剥离术的直肠侧向发育型肿瘤患者采用PDCA循环法进行护理的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)的直肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)患者采用PDCA循环法进行护理的临床效果。方法:选择2018年10月至2019年10月期间在南京市江宁医院接受ESD的60例LST患者,分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30),围术期分别接受常规护理和基于PDCA循环法的护理。然后,比较两组患者对护理安全的评分、对医疗设备安全的评分、对用药安全的评分、对医疗器械保养的评分、对护理人员服务态度的评分、对护理人员服务态度的满意率及其对护理人员护理服务专业性的满意率。结果:治护后,与对照组患者相比,试验组患者对护理安全的评分、对医疗设备安全的评分、对用药安全的评分、对医疗器械保养的评分、对护理人员服务态度的评分、对护理人员服务态度的满意率及其对护理人员护理服务专业性的满意率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于PDCA循环法予以接受ESD的LST患者临床护理,可以有效提高护理质量和服务满意度。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of PDCA circulation in patients with lateral rectal developmental tumor(LST)undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods:60 LST patients who received ESD in Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing city from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30),and perioperative period received routine nursing and nursing based on PDCA cycle method respectively.Then,the scores of nursing safety,medical device safety,drug safety,medical device maintenance,nursing attitude,satisfaction rate of nursing attitude and nursing professional satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:after nursing,compared with the control group patients,treatment group patients to nursing safety ratings,to medical equipment safety ratings,for drug safety ratings,grade of medical equipment maintenance,scores of nursing personnel service attitude,to the satisfaction of nursing staff service attitude and professional nursing care service satisfaction rate are higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing of LST patients receiving ESD based on PDCA cycle method can effectively improve nursing quality and service satisfaction.
