对老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者进行综合护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者进行综合护理的临床效果。方法:选择2018年10月至2019年10月期间重庆市合川区中医院收治的74例老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者作为研究对象。将这74例患者分为Reference组(n=37)和Research组(n=37)。为两组患者均使用阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗。在两组患者接受治疗期间,对Reference组患者进行常规护理,对Research组患者进行综合护理。然后,比较两组患者治护的总有效率、收缩压的水平、舒张压的水平及其动脉粥样硬化指数。结果:治护后,Research组患者治护的总有效率(97.30%)高于Reference组患者治护的总有效率(81.08%),P=0.0247。治护后,Research组患者收缩压的水平〔(120.93±2.54)mmHg〕低于Reference组患者收缩压的水平〔(130.47±2.63)mmHg〕;Research组患者舒张压的水平〔(75.13±2.37)mmHg〕低于Reference组患者舒张压的水平〔(84.32±3.64)mmHg〕;Research组患者动脉粥样硬化指数〔(0.41±0.06)%〕低于Reference组患者动脉粥样硬化指数〔(0.62±0.07)%〕,P<0.05。结论:对老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者进行综合护理的临床效果确切。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis.Methods:74 elderly patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis admitted to Hechuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.The 74 patients were divided into Reference group(n=37)and Research group(n=37).Both groups were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets.During the treatment of patients in the two groups,routine care was given to patients in the Reference group and comprehensive care was given to patients in the Research group.Then,the total effective rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and atherosclerosis index of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment and care,the total effective rate of patients in the Research group(97.30%)was higher than that in the Reference group(81.08%),P=0.0247.After treatment and care,the systolic blood pressure of patients in the Research group((120.93±2.54)mmHg)was lower than that of patients in the Reference group((130.47±2.63)mmHg).The diastolic blood pressure level in the Research group((75.13±2.37)mmHg)was lower than that in the Reference group((84.32±3.64)mmHg).The atherosclerosis index((0.41±0.06)%)in the Research group was lower than that in the Reference group((0.62±0.07)%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis is definite.
