以双下肢疼痛为首发症状的甲状腺功能亢进性肌病:一例报道与文献复习

摘　　要：本文报道1例以双下肢疼痛为首发症状入院,误诊为腰神经根病,最终诊断为甲状腺功能亢进性肌病(下称甲亢性肌病)的病例。总结其诊疗经验,并复习文献,讨论以双下肢疼痛为首发症状的甲亢性肌病的诊断,供临床医师参考。This article reported one patient with both lower limbs pain as the first symptom,misdiagnosed as lumbar radiculopathy for hospitalization,and finally diagnosed as hyperthyroidism at discharge.The experiences of the diagnosis and treatment process were summarized,and the literatures were reviewed to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hyperthyroid myopathy with lower limbs pain as the first symptom for reference to clinicians in this paper.
