摘　　要：椎间盘源性腰痛(DLBP)是引起腰痛的常见原因,往往被忽视。当物理治疗/药物治疗等保守治疗效果欠佳,而手术适应证又不强烈时,微创介入治疗包括硬膜外糖皮质激素注射、经皮穿刺椎间盘化学溶解术、经皮穿刺椎间盘低温等离子消融术等,是DLBP患者的更佳的选择。本文结合近年的文献,就目前DLBP患者微创介入治疗的进展做一综述。Discogenic low back pain(DLBP)is a common cause of low back pain and is often overlooked.When the conservative treatment such as physical therapy/drug therapy is ineffective,and the indications for surgery are not strong,the minimally invasive interventional therapy including epidural hormone injection,percutaneous disc chemical dissolution,and percutaneous low-temperature plasma ablation,are better choices for patients with DLBP.This article reviewed the research progresses of minimally invasive interventional therapy for DLBP with recent literatures.
