摘  要:目的气管切开术作为一种抢救危重患者的重要措施,其术后需要持续气道湿化,以保持呼吸道通畅,避免痰液堵塞气道。因此研制一种可解决目前临床问题的专用装置非常必要。方法根据临床需要,设计出一种具有注药通路的可持续气道湿化的氧气雾化吸入器。结果本装置具有持续湿化不中断的优点,解决了现有技术中的问题。结论此项具有注药通路可持续气道湿化的氧气雾化吸入器结构简洁、便于操作,可减少患者不适;成本低廉,可减少患者住院支出。在提高雾化效果、节省药物成本的同时,可以有效预防和减少异物坠入气道的发生,并减轻护士工作量。Objectives Tracheostomy,as an important measure to rescue critically ill patients,requires continuous airway humidification after surgery to keep the airway open and prevent sputum from blocking the airway.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a special device that can solve the current clinical problems.Methods According to the clinical needs,an oxygen atomizing inhaler with continuous airway humidification was designed.Results The device has the advantages of continuous humidification without interruption and solves the problems in the prior art.Conclusion The oxygen atomizing inhaler for sustainable airway humidification with a medicine injection channel has a simple structure and is easy to operate,which can reduce patient discomfort;the cost is low,and the hospitalization expenditure of the patient can be reduced.While improving the atomization effect and saving the cost of medicines,it can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of foreign bodies falling into the airway and reduce the workload of nurses.
