摘 要:目的解决第一时间救治的难题对普通民众展开急救知识培训。方法通过大量实践,我们采取培训前对群众急救知识水平现状进行调查分析并结合培训对象背景,最后将“量身定制式”正反案例结合教学模型的教学方法应用于居民急救知识和技能培训中。结果发现该教学方法锻炼了学员独立思维的能力,引导了学员理论知识转化为操作技能的意识,加强了学员学习急救知识的信心和热情,提高了学员的急救知识学习效果,一定程度上防止了学员对重要救治原则和操作步骤的遗忘。结论“量身定制式”正反案例结合教学模型的教学方法值得在居民急救知识和技能培训过程中推广。Objective Acute and serious disease,accident and natural disasters threat people's life and health at all times,and have become a worldwide public health problem endangering human health.In order to solve the problem of first-time treatment,we need to carry out emergency knowledge training for common people.There are various forms of emergency knowledge training,but the deficiencies of them are obviously existing.Methods Through a large number of practices,we investigated and analyzed the current situation of emergency knowledge level of the masses before the training,combined with the knowledge background of the residents,and finally applied the teaching method of"tailormade"positive and negative cases combined with the teaching model to the residents'emergency knowledge and skills training.Results The teaching method trained the residents'ability of independent thinking,guided the residents'awareness of transforming theoretical knowledge into operational skills,strengthened the residents'confidence and enthusiasm in learning emergency knowledge,improved the learning effect of emergency knowledge,and prevented the residents from forgetting the important rescue principles and operational steps to a certain extent.Conclusion The teaching method of"tailor-made"positive and negative cases combined with teaching model is worth popularizing in the process of residents'first aid knowledge and skills training.
